Thomas brings over 20 years of extensive experience in software development and enterprise systems management to XCPT. He has worked as an employee and as a consultant serving various multinational organizations such as IBM Global Services and Hitachi Data Systems. While at IBM Global Services Germany, he served as an architect of software systems and processes designed to facilitate global software and systems management. He also served as a development mentor for IBM systems development staff in Germany.

Mr. Jordan has provided enterprise systems management consulting services to large European banks and insurance concerns. He developed architecture and system management models that streamlined both software distribution and administration. During this period he developed software designed to automate the processes of software distribution and system construction in the mainframe environments, which allowed for the centralization of global software management.

As a software developer, Thomas has worked in various fields including the design of operating systems and compilers. He has extensive experience in data base driven products.

Thomas attended Mercer University in Atlanta where he studied Economic History
