Web Training
XCPT will utilize a service called “Webex” for your XCPT Personalized Web Training. Webex will allow us to share information with you in real time via the internet. It will also allow us to view your computer screen and take over control of your computer if you so allow. Prior to the webinar, one of our expert trainers will create a custom training plan specifically for your practice, so that your time during the training is optimized.

 

In order to receive the best possible experience during your Personalized Web Training, please follow these instructions:

1. Install the XCPT application (contact XCPT Customer Support at 1-800-962-2846 for help with installation and networking)

2. Complete the Pre-training Questionnaire and submit via fax (941-484-3307) or email support@xcptllc.com

3. Contact XCPT at 1-866-927-9278 to schedule your training.
